Meet Rachel
Health and Fitness Coach
I'm so glad you're here! I wanted to take a minute to share a little more about me so that we can start to get to know each other better.

I grew up riding horses daily and enjoyed a base level of fitness from it through high school. Then college came and the stress of classes and working full time meant I was riding less and eating more, which led to weight gain and a loss of self-confidence. I started working out and paying attention to what I ate, and I lost weight- but what I was doing wasn't sustainable when I started working 12 hour night shifts. I developed an unhealthy relationship with food and I ended up injuring my hip running and had to have surgery. I knew that I needed to find a better way.

I found at home fitness and a nutrition program that changed my relationship with food for the better, and I have been able to get in the best shape of my life both physically and mentally as a result. I've created a community of like-minded women and now I enjoy coaching other women on their journey to live strong, brave, fearless lives like I have learned to do.
